Job description:

Fremont Golf Club is looking for an experienced and passionate line cook to work in our fine dining restaurant. This opening is for our broil station. If you have a passion for cooking and enjoy working with a team, we want you. At Fremont Golf Club, you will learn how to cook a multitude of cuisine types and further your culinary training. Fremont Golf Club is known for it’s amazing food and great atmosphere. We pride ourselves on great food and the dining experience of our members.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be enthusiastic
  • Must have basic knife skills
  • Have to be able to work fast with the balance of quality and quantity
  • Able to stand on feet for long periods of time
  • Attention to detail and a dedication to quality
  • Ability to follow instructions and multitask
  • Friendly personality with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work cohesively with a team, as well as independent.
  • Able to work weekends.
  • Must be able to work nights.
  • Must be a self starter and able to learn quick.
  • 2 years similar experience minimum required.
  • Must have experience running broil/ grill station & proven steak cookery knowledge
